Problem
There’s a problem with the Bluebeam installation or a file is missing from the installation.
Solution
Repairing the installation through Window’s Control Panel will replace a missing file or repair an issue with a corrupted installation.
For Windows 10, 8.1, 7 and Vista:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
Or, in Windows 10 and 8, click Start, type Control Panel and press Enter.
- Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
- Click Uninstall a program in Control Panel.
- Select Bluebeam Revu in the list of programs.
- Click Uninstall.
- Click Repair from the next pop-up window.
- Click Next to proceed with the repair.
For Windows XP:
- Click Start > Control Panel.
- Click Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
- Select Bluebeam Revu in the list of programs.
- Click the Remove button.
- Click Repair in the next window.
- Click Next to proceed with the repair.

With this in mind, we’re unable to provide support for Revu versions that are incompatible with currently supported versions of Windows.
