Problem

There’s a problem with the Bluebeam installation or a file is missing from the installation.

Solution

Repairing the installation through Window’s Control Panel will replace a missing file or repair an issue with a corrupted installation.

For Windows 10, 8.1, 7 and Vista:

  • Open the Control Panel.
    • Click Start > Control PanelUninstall a program.

      Or, in Windows 10 and 8, click Start, type Control Panel and press Enter.

  • Click Uninstall a program in Control Panel.
  • Select Bluebeam Revu in the list of programs.
  • Click Uninstall.
  • Click Repair from the next pop-up window.
  • Click Next to proceed with the repair.

For Windows XP:

  • Click Start > Control Panel.
  • Click Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
  • Select Bluebeam Revu in the list of programs.
  • Click the Remove button.
  • Click Repair in the next window.
  • Click Next to proceed with the repair.
