Revu 2015 Studio Server Whitelist Errors

If you’re in Revu 2015.1 or above and receive any of the following errors when trying to access Bluebeam Studio, please contact your IT department, because it’s likely that your organization has its own instance of Bluebeam Studio with a Whitelist of allowed Bluebeam Studio servers, which prevents you from accessing certain other Studio Servers, such as studio.bluebeam.com.

Note: To confirm your Bluebeam Revu version number, go to Help > About. You’ll see it listed near the top of the window, immediately below the software title.

You Do Not Have Permissions to Access ‘studio.bluebeam.com’

You’ll see this message if you try to join a Studio Session or Project that is not hosted on one of the approved Studio servers. For example, the error message shown below means your IT department didn’t include studio.bluebeam.com on the Studio Server Whitelist, which in turn prevents you from logging in to the Project or Session.

At Least One Invalid Studio URL Has Been Detected and Removed

The Studio Server Whitelist created by your IT department contains at least one incorrect or invalid name.

The Server ‘studio.bluebeam.com’ Does Not Support Windows Authentication

This means that only part of the Studio Server Whitelist setup has been completed. Please contact your IT department to have them look into this issue.

Disabled by Your System Admin

If you see this message, there’s either an issue with the Studio Server Whitelist setup or your IT department has intentionally disabled Bluebeam Studio on your machine.
