Quality Management
Having quality as one of its company’s foci, it was only natural that a team from DK Outsource Pte. Ltd. was engaged to share their approach to Quality Control. Organized by Professor George Ofori, the talk was given to an audience of mainly Building students from the School of Design and Environment of the National University of Singapore.
Managing Director Mr. Dennis Kwok gave an introduction of the company, which delighted the likes of Ms. Diana Lai who was impressed by the progression of the company and its ability to develop a niche for itself. From a humble start, DK Outsource continues to add strength to its cost and project management services.
The real treat, however, was when DK Outsource shared the many factors that led to quality being compromised. The team supplemented the session with real documents which helped the audience understand the issues discussed. Other benefits came in the form of advice about the do’s and don’ts when dealing with quality-related issues. Attendees like Mr. Wilson Kam were pleased that they were given a greater insight into quality control as well as the expectations of being in the industry through the informative session.
“It was enriching,” Mr. Lewis Lim said, definitely looking forward to more talks of similar nature.
